This vintage was aged in a combination of American and French oak to enhance complexity. With an ABV of 15%, it pairs exceptionally well with red meats such as ribeye or filet mignon. Decanting before serving is recommended to allow the flavors to open fully. Enjoyable now, it also has aging potential through 2031 for those looking to cellar it a bit longer.
