1792 Single Barrel Bourbon – Barrel Select
A hand-selected single barrel expression from Barton 1792 Distillery. This barrel select showcases the distillery's signature high-rye bourbon at its most distinctive—each barrel offering unique character while maintaining the quality that defines the 1792 name.
Note: This is a barrel select chosen by a distributor, not an Unwind Bottle Shop exclusive pick.
Single barrel bourbons offer a pure, unblended experience where the individual barrel's character shines through. Expect rich notes of caramel, vanilla, and toasted oak layered with the bold spice that comes from 1792's high-rye mashbill—black pepper, cinnamon, and baking spice create complexity and depth. The finish is long and warming, with a perfect balance between sweet and spicy.
This is bourbon for those who appreciate the artistry of barrel selection and the unique personality that single barrel expressions deliver. Each bottle represents a snapshot of a specific barrel's journey, making it a distinctive addition to any collection.
Perfect for single barrel enthusiasts, bourbon collectors seeking unique expressions, and those who appreciate the bold, spicy character of high-rye bourbon bottled without blending.
