9 superhero-themed beers from Derbyshire, spanning pale, lager, sour, DIPA and witbier
Alter Ego Brewing Co started in 2018 on a 2.5-barrel kit, founded by homebrewer Matt Makins. The brewery's comic-inspired artwork is created by Matt's friend Ste, who later joined the team full-time. After moving to a 6-barrel kit and expanding into cans and kegs, Alter Ego went on to win national and regional awards across packaged and cask beer.
The brewery's motto is simple: great beer for superheroes. Be kind. Be good.
