Handcrafted in Italy, this Italian dry gin infuses traditional dry gin botanicals with the vibrant, bittersweet essence of sun-ripened Mediterranean pink grapefruits to deliver a refreshing, citrus-forward profile.
Food Pairing: Grilled octopus, citrus-cured ceviche, prosciutto with melon, fresh summer salads, or creamy cheeses like Burrata.
Tasting Notes: Crystal-clear with a soft blush or luminous clarity, featuring a smooth, lively, and refreshing mouthfeel.
Nose: Bursting with bright, freshly squeezed pink grapefruit zest, complemented by aromatic juniper berries and subtle floral blossoms.
Palate: Vibrant pink grapefruit flavor upfront, harmoniously balanced by crisp piney juniper, zesty lemon peel, and delicate herbal spice.
Finish: Crisp, clean, and dry with a long-lasting citrus zest finish and a pleasant bittersweet grapefruit tang.
Serve: Serve over abundant ice with premium tonic water or soda water, garnished with a fresh wedge of pink grapefruit and a sprig of fresh mint.
