Handcrafted in Italy following the classic London Dry distillation method, this dry gin combines traditional European botanicals with Italian Mediterranean influences to create a balanced, juniper-led profile.
Food Pairing: Classic antipasti, smoked salmon canapés, marcona almonds, oysters on the half shell, or grilled vegetables.
Tasting Notes: Crystal-clear in appearance with a clean, light, and crisp mouthfeel.
Nose: Prominent piney juniper berries balanced by zesty citrus peel, subtle coriander spice, and delicate earthy root undertones.
Palate: Classic dry gin profile with fresh juniper upfront, followed by bright lemon and orange zest, gentle coriander pepperiness, and an earthy herbal backbone.
Finish: Dry, crisp, and clean with lingering notes of pine, citrus zest, and soft herbal spice.
Serve: Serve over ice with a premium Indian tonic water, garnished with a twist of lemon or lime peel and a fresh juniper berry.
