Archipelago Botanical Gin is a proudly Filipino spirit distilled in small batches in the Philippines, showcasing the country’s diverse flora through a masterful blend of 28 botanicals—22 of which are locally foraged. This gin captures the essence of the islands with standout ingredients like fresh pomelo, dalandan, calamansi, mango, Benguet pine, sampaguita, and ylang-ylang, creating a vibrant aromatic profile that’s both exotic and refined.
On the nose, it opens with a burst of citrus from pomelo and calamansi, layered over coriander, juniper, and subtle hints of ripe mango and lavender. The palate builds with bright, zesty citrus notes mingled with pine-driven spice, softened by chamomile and angelica root. Undertones of lemongrass, cinnamon, and black pepper add warmth and complexity, while the finish leaves a cooling impression with lemon balm and cardamom.
Bottled at 45% ABV, Archipelago Botanical Gin is perfect for sipping over ice to appreciate its layered botanicals, but it also elevates a classic G&T or citrus-forward cocktail. Its tropical heart and elegant structure make it a modern gin with a distinctive island soul.
