Bardstown Goose Island Bourbon County emerges from a refined partnership between leading artisans in craft brewing and bourbon distillation. This distinguished blend pairs meticulously selected 6 and 7-year-old Kentucky bourbons with a unique aging process in barrels previously used for Bourbon County stout, resulting in an intricate profile enriched by notes of chocolate malt and dried cherry.
Enhanced further by the addition of a 9-year-old Kentucky bourbon, this product offers a multi-layered experience marked by aromas of dark chocolate, honey, toasted almond, and vanilla cream. On the palate, nuanced impressions of roasted malt, cacao, and allspice create a beautifully balanced finish. Elevate your collection with this masterful bourbon blend and savor every sip.
