Process & Profile
Bombay Sapphire Gin is a globally recognized London dry gin known for its balanced, aromatic character and signature blue bottle. It is distilled using a blend of ten classic botanicals—including juniper, coriander, angelica root, citrus peels, and spices—that contribute to a layered but smooth profile. Unique to Bombay Sapphire’s production is the vapor infusion method, where botanicals are placed in perforated chambers above the spirit and alcohol vapors gently extract their essences during distillation. Bottled at 47% ABV, this expression delivers enhanced flavor intensity while maintaining clarity and approachability.
