Caballito Cerrero Azul Blanco is a rare expression of traditional Mexican distillation, crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco. This artisanal tequila is produced using time-honored methods that honor the legacy of the Caballito Cerrero brand, known for its commitment to authenticity and terroir-driven spirits.
The agave is slowly roasted in traditional stone ovens, then crushed using a tahona wheel before fermentation with wild yeasts. The result is a blanco tequila that captures the pure, unadulterated essence of agave with remarkable clarity and depth. On the nose, expect bright notes of fresh agave, citrus zest, and subtle herbal undertones. The palate delivers a smooth, silky texture with flavors of cooked agave, white pepper, and a hint of minerality that speaks to the volcanic soil of its origin.
Perfect for sipping neat or elevating premium cocktails, Caballito Cerrero Azul Blanco is a testament to the art of traditional tequila making. Each bottle represents a connection to Mexico's rich distilling heritage and the passionate craftsmanship of small-batch production.
