A paper customized for Medium Roasts that perfectly balances texture and flavour!
CAFEC designed a series of paper filters with specific compositions to help control the brewing speed in relation to the roast degree of your chosen coffee.
Optimized for highlighting balance and flavour, the Medium Roast Coffee Filters feature a two-sided crepe texture and lower density. Together with CAFEC's fine-mesh paper texture, the enhanced surface area of these filters promotes the smoothest flow of water throughout the duration of your brew to yield well-balanced and rich extractions.
- Material: Virgin Pulp
- Pack Size: 100 filters
- Thickness: Thickness 0.28 mm
- Density: Low
- Two-Sided Crepe (High-height)
- Optimal brewing temperature: 90°C | 194°F
The well-balanced Two-Side Crepe let water flow smoothest. The surface area is largest among the three papers so water path can be kept until last even if all fine powder is attached. Smooth water flow makes a cup with well-balanced rich flavour. It's fluffier than the Light T92 paper, but produces a cleaner cup than the Dark T83 paper.
Compare and contrast your favorite coffees against the Light T92 and then Dark T83 papers!
Fits the Hario V60-02 dripper, Hario Switch, Origami M dripper, and the Cafec Flower.
