The family-run winery is an industry leader in environmental stewardship, operating as one of the earliest certified Napa Green wineries while prioritizing regenerative, sustainable farming practices to protect the land for future generations.
Wine Description
This Sauvignon Blanc presents a bright, clear appearance, opening with surpassingly fresh and vivid aromas of white flowers, ripe melon, and zesty citrus fruit. On the palate, it reveals a rich yet remarkably crisp body balanced by lively acidity and mineral tones, layers of pink grapefruit, guava, and green apple, and a hint of flinty minerality.
Food Pairing
This zesty, mineral-driven white wine makes a wonderful companion to fresh seafood such as steamed crab legs, pink hopper prawns with yuzu aioli, or grilled seasonal vegetables.
