The Campagnola winery is located in the heart of the Valpolicella region of Italy, near Verona. Founded in 1886 by Carlo Campagnola, the winery has a long and proud history of producing high-quality wines using traditional methods.
Today, the winery is run by the fourth generation of the Campagnola family and has expanded its production to include a wide range of wines, including both red and white wines. The winery's focus remains on producing wines that are true to the region's heritage and showcase the unique characteristics of the local terroir.
Campagnola Ripasso is a wine that is truly exceptional in its depth and complexity. The wine's deep ruby color and enticing aroma give way to a flavor profile that is both rich and balanced, with notes of dark fruit, spice, and vanilla. The wine's ripasso method adds an intensity and depth to its flavor, while its blend of Corvina, Rondinella, and Molinara grapes provide a foundation for a wine that is both robust and elegant.
The wine's tannins are firm and provide structure to the wine's flavor intensity, but they are also balanced and do not overpower the wine's other flavors. The wine's smooth finish leaves a pleasant and lingering sensation on the palate, making it an excellent wine for sipping on its own or for pairing with rich and flavorful dishes.
