Cantera Verde rests gin in mezcal casks — juniper meets a whisper of smoke and agave in a distinctly Mexican take on the category.
From the family behind Cantera Negra, Cantera Verde finishes its gin in casks that held mezcal, letting soft smoke and earthy agave seep into the botanicals. At 40% ABV it bridges the gin and agave worlds — a natural for smoky negronis, mezcal-margarita crossovers, and adventurous G&Ts.
Tasting Notes
Juniper and citrus up front, then gentle mezcal smoke and earthy agave from the cask; dry, intriguing finish. Try it in a negroni or a G&T with grapefruit.

Is it related to Cantera Negra?
Yes — Cantera Verde comes from the same Mexican producer family known for Cantera Negra tequila.
