Wine Description
The 2022 Cave Spring Riesling Medium Dry presents a pale straw hue. On the nose, it offers fragrant aromas of pineapple, honey, and spiced pear, complemented by nuances of rose water and white flowers. The palate is medium-bodied and off-dry, initiating with grapefruit pith and transitioning into a round, viscous mid-palate that envelops a firm, chalky core. Delicate acidity enhances the wine's freshness, leading to a finish marked by citrus, almond, and allspice notes.
