Cazcanes No. 10 Still Strength Blanco is a pure, powerful expression of agave in its rawest and most authentic form. Bottled straight from the still at 54% ABV, it’s bold, complex, and beautifully balanced—ideal for tequila purists who appreciate intensity wrapped in refinement.
Origins & Craftsmanship
Crafted in Jalisco, Mexico, Cazcanes No. 10 is made from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested at full maturity from the region’s volcanic soils. The piñas are slow-cooked in low-pressure autoclaves to preserve delicate sweetness and aromatics, then crushed using traditional roller mills. Fermentation occurs naturally in stainless-steel tanks with pure spring water from Navichi Springs.
After double distillation in stainless-steel stills with copper coils, the tequila is bottled at its natural still strength—undiluted and unfiltered—to showcase the true spirit of agave. It is certified organic, additive-free, and kosher, embodying Cazcanes’ dedication to integrity and artisanal production.
Tasting Profile
Nose: Bright, earthy, and vibrant. Aromas of roasted agave, lime zest, crushed peppercorn, and herbal freshness unfold alongside a subtle minerality reminiscent of wet stone.
Palate: Full-bodied and energetic. Cooked agave sweetness meets peppery heat and citrus brightness, accented by notes of anise, mint, and faint tropical fruit. The high proof amplifies flavor without overwhelming balance, delivering texture and structure.
Finish: Long, dry, and invigorating. The finish lingers with pepper spice, saline minerality, and lingering agave warmth—a lasting tribute to the purity of the spirit.
