Sourced from the sun-drenched plateaus of Cerrado Mineiro in Brazil, Cerrado is a reflection of the resilience and dedication of small-scale farmers like Maria Aparecida Bartoloci and Ziberto de Jesus Macedo, who steward their land with care and intention. This honey processed coffee is grown in nutrient-rich soil under consistent rainfall and sunlight, creating ideal conditions for vibrant flavour and dependable quality. As with all our offerings at Neutron Coffee Roasters, we choose partners who prioritize ethical farming practices and fair, traceable supply chains. By selecting this coffee through our importer’s direct relationships in the region, we support producers who are invested in sustainability and long-term community development.
In the cup, Cerrado is delightfully approachable with smooth chocolate and nut tones, mellow acidity, and a clean finish that makes it versatile across brew methods. Whether brewed as a morning filter coffee or pulled as a sweet, balanced espresso, this offering is a quiet reminder that quality doesn’t have to shout to be heard. It simply needs the right soil, the right hands, and the right kind of care; values we carry through every roast we share.
