Wine Description
This 2019 vintage presents a deep, inky purple hue in the glass. The nose unfolds with intense aromas of blackberries, cassis, and dried violets, supported by undertones of spice, cedar, and a hint of graphite. On the palate, it is full-bodied and structured, offering layers of dark plum, licorice, and roasted coffee with refined tannins and vibrant acidity. The finish is long and mineral-driven, showcasing remarkable freshness and age-worthy balance.
Food Pairing
Ideal with grilled lamb chops, beef bourguignon, or duck confit. Its bold tannins and dark fruit complement rich, savoury dishes, while its acidity cuts through fat beautifully. A perfect match to enhance the wine's complexity.
