A world-class dry Bordeaux white with vibrant aromas of grapefruit, lemon zest, white peach, acacia blossom, and flinty minerality. Richly textured yet brilliantly fresh, it delivers remarkable precision, complexity, and exceptional aging potential.
Food Pairing: Pair with lobster, turbot, oysters, roast chicken, scallops, aged goat cheese, sushi, or creamy seafood risotto.
94 Points - James Suckling
This is a big white with sliced apple, pineapple and lychee fruit. It’s full-bodied and dense, with generous fruit and textured phenolics across the mid-palate. Rich, round and powerful on the finish. Produced from the same vineyard plots as Yquem, harvested on August 9. A blend of 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Sémillon. Drink now or hold.
