This remarkably fresh, energetic, and certified organic natural red wine opens with a joyful, highly expressive bouquet of black cherries, wild blackberries, and dark plums, beautifully accompanied by notes of fresh violets, wild oregano, and a touch of damp earth. On the medium-bodied palate, it boasts an incredibly vibrant, juicy character that drinks with the lively clarity of a Cru Beaujolais. A core of primary dark forest fruits is balanced by a refreshing line of natural acidity and a light, pleasantly chewy tannic grip. The finish is beautifully clean, dry, and savory.
Food Pairing: A phenomenally versatile everyday companion that pairs wonderfully with classic Abruzzese arrosticini (grilled mutton skewers), wood-fired sausage and mushroom pizzas, rich tomato-based pastas, and artisanal charcuterie.
