Hi friends ! Come join us for a chance to taste our coffees at our upcoming guided cupping workshops. ☕️
This is the perfect opportunity to explore our current coffee menu. To keep the experience more intimate and interactive, each session will be limited to just 10 guests.
Each session will begin with an introduction to the featured coffees and their origins. We’ll then introduce the fundamentals of coffee cupping and walk through how the session will be structured.
We’ll talk about our green coffee sourcing practices, how we select coffees, what we look for during evaluation, and how those decisions ultimately shape the experience in your cup and what that means for you as the customer. 🌱
The guided cupping will follow, where we will walk everyone through the process step by step. The session will be informal and interactive, giving us the opportunity to share thoughts, compare experiences, and ask questions along the way.
This workshop is designed for coffee lovers of all experience levels, whether you’re just getting started or looking to deepen your knowledge. It’s an opportunity to develop your sensory skills, learn more about coffee origins, improve your understanding of quality evaluation, discover how to differentiate coffees, and better understand your own taste preferences and the potential of your palate.
The session will be held at Thirds Coffee in Hamilton.
To help preserve the sensory experience for everyone, we kindly ask guests to avoid wearing perfumes or strongly scented products during the workshop.
See u soon, friends! 🧡
