Dale DeGroff’s Pimento Aromatic Bitters enhances cocktails without overpowering them. Handcrafted by master mixologist Dale DeGroff and renowned absinthe distiller T. A. Breaux, these aromatic bitters blend complex pimento allspice berry with a hint of anise and other herbs, creating a distinct new flavour that compares to none other. Use it to spice up rum cocktails or classics like Manhattans, Old Fashioneds, Piña Coladas, Painkillers, Mai Tais, and Sazeracs. Also try dashing it into straight spirits like cognac, gin, and whiskey.
