The DAOU Cabernet Sauvignon is the wine that introduced the world to the magic of Adelaida Road — and it remains one of California's most compelling values in Cabernet. Grown on the limestone-rich hillsides of Paso Robles at elevations exceeding 2,200 feet, this is an estate-driven Cabernet that punches well above its price point, vintage after vintage.
Approachable now yet structured for the cellar, it’s the perfect entry point into the DAOU story.
- Nose: Dark cherry, blackcurrant, and plum with hints of cedar, mocha, and a touch of violet
- Palate: Medium to full-bodied with ripe dark fruit, cocoa, and subtle oak spice framed by smooth, well-integrated tannins
- Finish: Clean and satisfying with lingering notes of dark berry and a gentle minerality
- Varietal: Cabernet Sauvignon | Region: Paso Robles, California
Size: 750 mL
