Don Fulano Blanco is produced at La Tequileña Distillery in the Jalisco highlands — a brand with a deep commitment to traditional production and mature hillside agave. This is a bright and colorful expression of highland agave: fresh on the nose and yet profound, with a beautiful elegance that only comes from truly mature agave plants.
There is harmony between a wide spectrum of aromas — a myriad of delicate fruit notes balanced by light herbaceousness and a butterscotch oiliness. Reminiscent of damp red soil, it opens the senses and awakens the appetite. Almost makes you want to chew it. A great aperitif or the quintessence of a great cocktail.
