Don Pilar Tequila Añejo is an outstanding sipping expression from this distinguished Jalisco brand — a 100% Blue Weber agave añejo aged for 20+ months in new American White Oak barrels. The extended aging in new oak — well beyond the minimum añejo requirement — develops extraordinary depth and complexity: rich vanilla, caramel, and toasted wood layered over the natural sweetness of mature agave, resulting in a spirit that rewards slow, contemplative sipping.
20+ months in new American White Oak — Don Pilar Añejo is the expression for the drinker who understands that patience and quality barrels produce something genuinely exceptional.
