Dos Gabachos Pechuga Mezcal is a handcrafted mezcal from Oaxaca, Mexico, made from Angustifolia agave and traditionally distilled three times. The final distillation is infused with chicken or turkey, plus fruits including banana, apple, pineapple, orange, and seasonal varieties, creating remarkable depth. Bottled at 49.3% ABV, it reflects the rich heritage of ceremonial Pechuga mezcal.
Expect layered aromas of roasted agave, ripe tropical fruit, citrus, and gentle spice, followed by a silky palate with savory richness and a long, smoky finish. Sip it neat to appreciate its complexity, or enjoy it slowly as a special after-dinner pour worthy of celebration and sharing.
