Edmond Briottet Creme D'Abricot
Edmond Briottet Creme d'Abricot is produced by Maison Edmond Briottet, a prestigious distillery located in Dijon, France. Founded in 1836, the company is renowned for its exceptional fruit liqueurs and spirits. Particularly known for crafting Creme d'Abricot (apricot liqueur) using carefully selected apricots to capture the fresh, vibrant flavours of the fruit.
- The liqueur offers a rich, vibrant apricot flavour with fresh, juicy fruitiness, capturing the essence of ripe apricots.
- A smooth texture with a natural sweetness, balanced by subtle notes of honey and sugar, providing a round, indulgent taste.
- Underlying hints of floral notes and light spices add complexity, complimenting the fruity sweetness and enhancing the overall experience.
Pair it with grilled chicken or pork dishes which have a hint of sweetness or fruit-based glazes, like apricot or honey mustard sauce. Soft cheeses like brie or camembert go well with the sweetness and fruitiness of the liqueur.
Edmond Briottet Creme d'Abricot is a smooth, fruity apricot liqueur crafted from ripe apricots, offering a vibrant, sweet, and slightly floral flavour.
