Empress Cocktail Gin is a premium spirit crafted by Victoria Distillers, located on Vancouver Island, Canada. Distilled using traditional copper pot stills and infused with a unique blend of botanicals, including juniper, grapefruit peel, coriander, rose petals, cinnamon, ginger, and butterfly pea blossoms, it boasts a distinctive flavor profile and striking indigo hue. Upon pouring, the gin reveals a mesmerizing deep blue color, which transforms to a soft pink-purple when mixed with citrus or tonic. The nose is greeted with vibrant aromas of juniper and citrus, followed by delicate floral notes and hints of spice. On the palate, the gin offers a harmonious balance of botanicals, with juniper and citrus zest complemented by subtle floral undertones and a touch of warming spice. The finish is smooth and lingering, leaving a refreshing sensation with a hint of sweetness. Empress Cocktail Gin is versatile and can be enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or as the base for a variety of cocktails, including classic gin and tonics, martinis, and creative concoctions. With its exquisite flavor, stunning appearance, and artisanal craftsmanship, Empress Cocktail Gin is a standout choice for gin enthusiasts and cocktail connoisseurs alike.
