PCA 2026 exclusive release!
The 601 Blue 20th Anniversary celebrates two decades of one of the brand's most beloved lines with a bold, limited edition release built for fans of rich, full bodied cigars. Crafted as a 6 3/4 x 56 toro gordo, this anniversary blend delivers a big, commanding presence both in size and flavor.
Wrapped in a dark and oily Connecticut Broadleaf from the United States, and supported by Nicaraguan binder and fillers, this cigar offers a deep and satisfying profile. Expect notes of earth, cocoa, espresso, and black pepper, layered with subtle sweetness and a long, powerful finish.
Produced in a limited run of approximately 4,000 boxes of 10 cigars, the 601 Blue 20th Anniversary is a collectible release that honors the legacy of the line while delivering the bold character that made it a staple among enthusiasts.
Rich, robust, and celebratory, this release is a fitting tribute to 20 years of 601 excellence.
Erik Espinosa launched the 601 line at the beginning of his career as an independent blender, and two decades later it remains one of the most respected boutique cigar lines in the industry. The Connecticut Broadleaf wrapper is a bold choice for a 20th Anniversary expression — grown in the Connecticut River Valley but processed as a maduro, it produces a dark, oily leaf with natural sweetness and a density that complements the Nicaraguan core beautifully. Produced as a PCA 2026 exclusive in a limited run of approximately 4,000 boxes of 10, availability is strictly constrained. At 6 3/4 x 56, this is a cigar built for a long, contemplative smoking session — give it 90 minutes and your full attention. A genuine collector's release and a fitting tribute to twenty years of 601 excellence.
