Crafted from 20-year-old Verdejo vines, this dealcoholized white wine was meticulously developed to preserve the grape's original character and quality. Grown organically without irrigation under the abundant Spanish sunlight, the harvest yields perfectly balanced Verdejo grapes with no alcohol and ideal acidity. Following the harvest, the wine undergoes vinification in stainless steel tanks using indigenous yeasts cultivated on-site. Once fermentation is complete, a cutting-edge dealcoholization process, facilitated by Golo technology, gently reduces alcohol content with minimal impact on the wine's integrity. Favuzzi Sparkling 0.0 is then aged in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature until it's ready for bottling
