Frey Ranch Quad Malt Bourbon 110 Proof is a limited-edition expression that showcases the innovative spirit of Nevada's premier grain-to-glass distillery. This unique bourbon is crafted using four different malted grains—malted corn, malted rye, malted wheat, and malted barley—all estate-grown on the Frey family's sustainable ranch.
The malting process transforms each grain, unlocking deeper, richer flavors and adding layers of complexity that set this bourbon apart. Bottled at a robust 110 proof (55% ABV) in a 375 mL format, this quad malt expression delivers bold, intense flavors with exceptional depth and character that bourbon enthusiasts crave.
Tasting Notes:
- Aroma: Rich malt, caramel, and toasted grain with hints of honey, vanilla, and baking spices
- Palate: Bold and complex with notes of toffee, dark chocolate, malted grain, dried fruit, and warm spices
- Finish: Long and warming with lingering malt sweetness, oak, and peppery spice
Perfect for bourbon collectors and enthusiasts seeking innovative, limited-release expressions. The 375 mL size is ideal for tasting and sharing. Enjoy neat or with a drop of water to unlock additional complexity. A standout limited release from Frey Ranch's experimental series.
