A new flavour for summer 2026 inspired by bittersweet Italian aperitifs, heavy on the fresh fruit. Mix up a bittersweet soda or non-alcoholic spritz with this delicious cordial featuring fresh BC fruit.
Something magic happens when you pair vibrant berries with a lick of bitterness. Fruit flavours are uplifting and refreshing, and bitterness awakens the appetite and supports digestion. The perfect sipper for patio snacking or pre-dinner drinks.
About the brand:
Frost Bite Syrup Co is based in Squamish, BC. They source as much of their fruit as possible from local growers, and often only when it’s fresh and in-season. (They do like to get creative with their flavours so in some cases you’ll see tropical fruits and imported herbs/spices used here and there)
375ml makes 13-26 drinks; use 1/2 oz to 1oz per drink.
ingredients: sugar, rhubarb, strawberry, peach, pink grapefruit, lemon, lime, gentian root, citric acid
