Elevate your collection with Glendalough Single Grain Double Barrel Irish Whiskey, a unique tribute to longstanding Irish distillation traditions coupled with innovative aging techniques. Crafted using a distinctive dual-barrel process, this spirit is initially matured in flame-treated ex-bourbon American oak barrels before being transferred to Oloroso casks from Montilla, which lends it warm notes of vanilla, caramel, and toasted wood.
Each sip unfolds a balanced array of toffee, ripe figs, and gentle spice that lingers gracefully on the palate. The carefully chosen casks introduce subtle hints of dried fruit and roasted nuances, resulting in a smooth, layered finish perfect for sipping neat, over ice, or as the centerpiece in upscale cocktails. Enhance your collection today—order now and welcome a taste steeped in Irish tradition.
