Godet Antarctica Icy Cognac is a unique and innovative spirit, embodying a fusion of tradition and adventurous spirit. This cognac is a blend of Cognac Wine Eau de vie and 1% brandy, matured meticulously in century-old oak barrels so old that they have no tannin left to color the juices, resulting in a translucent, colorless eau de vie. The creation of Godet Antarctica was inspired by an extreme sailing expedition to Antarctica led by Jean-Jacques Godet, a member of the 14th generation of the Godet family, marking a significant journey both geographically and spiritually. This cognac is a tribute to the purity and power of the icy continent, and its creation has rooted Godet as a brand that cherishes history while embracing the call of adventure. The Godet Antarctica Cognac is a soft, delicate, and sensual spirit, embodying an icy coolness that sets it apart from traditional cognac offerings. It is recommended to be enjoyed chilled, most often in cocktails, or served over rocks, providing a refreshing and utterly original tasting experience.
