Ha'Penny Rhubarb Gin 750 mL is a small-batch, pot-distilled gin inspired by Dublin's Ha'penny Bridge. Its recipe brings together 20 botanicals, including rhubarb, juniper, lavender, blackberry, and citrus peels. After distillation, fresh-pressed rhubarb juice is used to bring the gin to bottling strength. The white bottle label depicts the bridge.
The producer lists rhubarb, juniper, citrus, and botanical spice as tasting cues. Its fresh rhubarb character is described as bright, silky, and crisp, set alongside the gin's botanical composition. Chamomile flowers, coriander leaf, white grapefruit, and bitter orange peel are among the ingredients in the recipe, extending the fruit and herbal range without eclipsing the rhubarb.
Pour it over ice with tonic to give the rhubarb and citrus notes room to come through, or use it in a simple gin highball. This listing contains one 750 mL bottle at 40% ABV (80 proof). Its presentation shows rose-colored gin through clear glass, a gold cap, and a white Rhubarb Edition label.
