GROUNDED POUR-OVER BREWING
Introducing the Alpha Series V60-01 Ceramic Dripper, a heavyweight interpretation of HARIO's timeless pour-over brewer.
Celebrated by the coffee community since 2005, the V60 involves the simplest principles of manual brewing – pouring hot water directly over a bed of coffee – to achieve fully developed, nuanced flavours in every cup.
The HARIO Alpha V60-01 is crafted with thick walls, high-quality ceramic material, and finished with an alluring black glaze. Designed for beauty and efficiency, its interior walls are marked with twelve evenly spaced canals, guiding water flow downwards while keeping the paper filter adhered to the brewer.
The result? The coffee bed is evenly extracted, promoting balanced flavours and more detectable aromatic compounds. In short, better tasting coffee.
- Conical HARIO V60 shape permits a consistent, downward flow of water.
- Durable, heat-resistant ceramic can handle temperature differences up to 120°C (248°F).
- 1-2 cup capacity is ideal for single servings.
- Unique, obsidian glaze adds a striking, elegant aesthetic to your brewing ritual.
- Crafted by HARIO Taiwan with a goal of innovating and elevating traditional coffee gear.
