High West A Midwinter Night’s Dram (750ml) is a limited-release rye whiskey crafted with a blend of straight rye whiskeys finished in port and French oak barrels, resulting in a rich and complex profile. It offers aromas of vanilla, caramel, and cinnamon layered with dark and dried fruit from the port casks and a hint of oak spice. On the palate, flavors of fig, cherry, and dried fruit blend seamlessly with spicy rye, clove, and baking spices.
The finish is long, warming, and fruity, with lingering dried fruit, caramel, and gentle oak spice. Bottled at 49.3% ABV (98.6 proof), this whiskey is best enjoyed neat to appreciate its intricate layers. Inspired by Shakespeare’s "A Midsummer Night’s Dream," this dram is ideal for savoring on a cold winter evening by the fire.
