“The purpose of life is to live it, to taste experience to the utmost, to reach out eagerly and without fear for newer and richer experience.” –Eleanor Roosevelt. Experience the taste of the land down under in this vibrant and complex white wine. Coming from one of the best locations for Sémillon, the newest installment of International Archives is destined to be a hit. The sunshine and soils of the continent ripen the sometimes difficult grape just right. With notes of citrus balanced by a strong minerality and light floral notes, this is a can’t miss wine that is as perfect as an aperitif as it is paired with dinner. Judges love it too, it took home 91 points and a Gold medal at the 2018 Sommelier Challenge!
And it was recently reviewed by The Terroirist:
"Deep yellow color. Nose shows apricot, pineapple, lemongrass, honey and a rosewater note. Plush texture, moderate acid keeps it bright as juicy white peach and pineapple fruit carry the wine. Honey, some cotton candy notes, baby’s breath and cut flower stem notes."
