James Gin American Mustard 750mL
British Gin | 40% ABV (80 Proof) | 750mL | Made with Mustard Seed, Pickled Cucumbers & Tomato | Warm, Smooth & Savory
Process & Profile
James Gin American Mustard 750mL is a bold and unusual British gin created by James May, inspired by the classic American flavors of hot-dog mustard and dill pickles. This savory gin brings together mustard seed, pickled cucumber, tomato, juniper, citrus, herbs, and warming spice for a flavor profile that is playful, distinctive, and surprisingly balanced.
The profile is warm, smooth, and savory, with mustard seed providing gentle heat, pickled cucumber adding briny freshness, and tomato creating a rounded, smooth character. Traditional gin botanicals such as juniper, coriander seed, angelica root, orange peel, cubeb pepper, rosemary, caraway seed, ginger, bay, and liquorice root help bring structure, spice, and herbal complexity.
At 40% ABV, James Gin American Mustard delivers full gin character with a unique savory twist. It is ideal for creative cocktails, pickle-inspired serves, savory martinis, gin and tonics, and food pairings that lean salty, spicy, grilled, or snack-friendly. For gin drinkers looking for something completely different, this bottle offers a conversation-starting expression with bold personality.
