Jin JiJi India Dry Gin is an Indian craft gin from Nao Spirits in Goa, India — a London Dry-style gin built around Indian botanicals from across the subcontinent, distilled in traditional copper pots by Anand Virmani and Jay Dhawan. The Goa coastal setting and the access to indigenous botanicals produce a contemporary gin with a distinctly Indian voice.
Three days’ drive from Delhi finds Goa on India’s southwestern coast — known for white beaches, architectural jewels, and culinary heritage. Nao Spirits sources botanicals indigenous to the Indian subcontinent and brings the rarity of small-scale copper pot still production to a category where most Indian gin is industrial. Jin JiJi sits alongside Hapusa as the producer’s standard dry gin expression.
