Knob Creek Cask Strength Eli Manning's Bold Pick is a limited-edition single-barrel bourbon made through an exclusive collaboration with NFL legend Eli Manning. It is bottled straight from the barrel at cask strength, with no dilution and no chill filtration, at 60% ABV in a 750 ml bottle.
Barrels were hand-selected for decisive character, and because each one is bottled on its own, every barrel shows a slightly different profile built on Knob Creek's signature depth, robust oak influence, and high-proof power. It is a collector's release aimed at drinkers who want bold, unfiltered bourbon at full strength.
The pour is bold and full-throttle, opening with vanilla, brown sugar, and toasted oak before surging into caramel, dark fruit, spice, and charred oak. The finish is long, warming, and peppery, with lingering barrel sweetness.
