Crafted in Tequila, Jalisco, Mexico, Marqués de Casa Noble Añejo is a ultra-premium luxury expression produced under the direction of Master Tequilero Pepe Hermosillo. Created as a tribute to the noble origins and centuries-old heritage of Casa Noble, this flagship luxury Tequila is made from 100% estate-grown Blue Weber Agave (Agave tequilana) harvested at peak maturity from the nutrient-rich volcanic soils of the Tequila Valley. The piñas are slow-cooked in traditional brick ovens, crushed using stone roller mills, and fermented naturally using proprietary airborne yeasts. Triple-distilled in small copper pot stills, the liquid undergoes a unique maturation process, aging for over two years in lightly toasted French oak barrels—specifically selected from France’s Allier forest—and blended with a hand-selected reserve of Extra Añejo tequilas aged up to five years. The result is an exceptionally refined, elegant profile that seamlessly integrates cooked agave sweetness with decadent notes of vanilla, toasted oak, dark chocolate, and roasted nuts.
Food Pairing: Prime ribeye steak, roasted duck breast, slow-cooked mole negro, aged Manchego cheese, dark chocolate truffles, or pecan pie.
Tasting Notes: Rich amber-gold in appearance with brilliant clarity, a velvety, full body, and slow-dripping, viscous tears.
Nose: Sophisticated and warm, opening with toasted French oak, rich vanilla bean, and dark butterscotch, supported by cooked agave nectar, roasted hazelnut, dark chocolate, and subtle dried fruit.
Palate: Velvety, smooth, and multi-layered on the palate, featuring caramelized agave, toasted almond, and sweet oak upfront before unfolding into dark cocoa, clove, cinnamon, candied orange peel, and gentle baking spices.
Finish: Long, warm, and luxurious with lingering notes of sweet vanilla, French oak spice, dark chocolate, and a silky, refined warmth.
Serve: Enjoy neat at room temperature in a Glencairn glass or snifter to fully appreciate its complex oak maturation and rich agave character.
