Masi Brolo Campofiorin Oro is a luxurious and complex red wine perfect for those seeking a refined drinking experience. Crafted by one of the most renowned Italian wineries, Masi Agricola, this wine is made following a unique wine-making technique known as “appassimento,” where grapes are air-dried before being gently pressed to intensify their flavor. The result is a full-bodied wine with velvety tannins and rich notes of dark chocolate, black cherry, and spices. Masi Brolo Campofiorin Oro is made from a blend of local grape varieties, including Corvina, Rondinella, and Oseleta, and aged in oak barrels for added depth and character. This wine is a true work of art, and it pairs perfectly with hearty meat dishes, aged cheeses, and fine chocolate desserts.
With its velvety, fruity core sprinkled with gorgeous chocolate flavours, this fresh, characterful wine is a showstopper. Great with a meal, it will make a lovely accompaniment to beef Wellington, bacon-wrapped dates, or hard cheeses.
Deep ruby red. On the nose berry fruit, preserves and vanilla. Rich, full-bodied, packed with baked fruit, and hints of cocoa and vanilla on the finish.
