A clean and refreshing ceremonial matcha crafted from the second flush of the year, harvested in early summer when the leaves develop a slightly deeper flavour and a brighter herbal character. Shade-grown, meticulously processed, and stone-milled into a fine powder, this Summer Harvest matcha offers a beautiful balance of sweetness, freshness, and gentle umami.
While Spring Harvest matcha is prized for extreme sweetness, Summer Harvest shines in balance. It brings a slightly more robust green tea character while still remaining smooth, bright, and ceremonial-worthy. For daily bowls or lattes, this lot delivers exceptional value without compromising quality.
Perfect for daily matcha drinkers looking for a ceremonial-quality cup.
