Transform your daily coffee ritual with precision manual grinding. The MAVO PHANTOX PRO is a professional-grade hand grinder that brings exceptional consistency and control to your home brewing. Featuring an innovative 45mm Star-Tooth conical burr system and 120-click micro-adjustment, this all-metal grinder delivers the uniformity and clarity you expect from premium café equipment—all in a compact, portable design you can take anywhere.
Key Features
Proprietary 45mm Star-Tooth Burr System
MAVO's self-developed 7-axis Star-Tooth burr features unique geometry that sets it apart from conventional heptagonal designs. With a 45mm outer diameter and enlarged 37.5mm inner core, this burr offers 40% more effective grinding surface than standard configurations—translating to faster, more efficient grinding with exceptional particle uniformity.
120-Click Precision Adjustment
Ultra-precise 0.0167mm steps give you granular control over grind size. The external adjustment ring allows you to dial in your perfect grind without emptying the catch cup—especially valuable when switching between morning espresso and afternoon cold brew.
Advanced Low-Fines Technology
The burr's innovative spike design features 160 precision micro-spikes that puncture coffee beans rather than crushing them. This cutting action minimizes compression, significantly reducing unwanted fine particles that cause bitterness and muddy flavors.
Triple Bearing Stabilization
Three ultra-high-precision ball bearings (3μm tolerance) support the central grinding shaft, virtually eliminating wobble and maintaining perfect burr alignment throughout the grinding process.
Premium All-Metal Construction
Durable aluminum alloy body with stainless steel burr and elegant wood accents. Every component is thoughtfully designed—from the ergonomic handle that makes 30g grinding effortless, to the secure screw-on catch cup that won't accidentally detach mid-grind.
