What Makes It Special
This wheated bourbon stands apart through its use of dark pumpernickel rye as a flavoring grain, adding complexity and subtle spice that complements the soft sweetness of the wheat. The proprietary toasted and charred barrel program creates layers of caramel and toffee sweetness balanced by gentle smoke and oak influence.
Bottled at cask strength, this bourbon delivers maximum flavor intensity while maintaining remarkable balance. The combination of non-GMO Ohio grains and innovative barrel treatment creates a bourbon that's distinctly Middle West - rooted in Ohio agriculture and elevated by craft distilling expertise.
