Bambito Estate lies in the mountains of Volcan, Panama, where the Gonzalez family has grown coffee for five generations. Priscilla Gonzalez now leads the farm, continuing a family tradition while refining the estate's processing and drying practices. Shade trees and varied terrain create cooler conditions across the property, contributing to its distinctive growing environment.
This washed lot combines Catuai and Caturra. The clean processing brings its fruit and sweetness into focus, with orange, cane sugar and red apple in the cup. Monogram describes an ongoing relationship with Priscilla and notes the estate's recognition at Best of Panama. This filter offering presents Bambito's bright, balanced character through a classic washed Panamanian coffee.
