Ethiopia Guji Light Roast — Limited Release
This limited-edition Motley Brew takes us somewhere a little different.
Ethiopia Guji is naturally processed and roasted light to let its bright, fruit-forward character shine. Strawberry leads the cup, with a delicate tea-like quality and layers of fruit that make this coffee lively without being sharp or overwhelming.
The body is light, the acidity is mild, and the finish is clean and smooth. If your usual coffee leans rich, chocolatey, and familiar, think of this one as a change of scenery—lighter, fruitier, and a little unexpected.
