Nc'Nean Huntress Lemon Meadow is a limited-edition organic Highland single malt Scotch whisky released in 2025 at 48.5% ABV. Created using an experimental yeast derived from French sparkling wine production, it is matured in a combination of STR red wine, ex-bourbon and Oloroso Sherry casks. Bright and creamy, it offers refreshing notes of lemon sorbet, green apple, buttery shortbread and delicate chamomile.
Food Pairing: Lemon tart, buttery shortbread, almond pastries, vanilla panna cotta, creamy Brie, white chocolate or citrus-infused desserts.
Tasting Notes: Bright and creamy, with lemon sorbet, fresh chamomile, buttery shortbread, green apple and delicate floral sweetness.
Nose: Fresh and inviting, with crisp green apple, lemon peel, buttery shortbread and light toffee.
Palate: Smooth and vibrant, with lemon sorbet, fresh chamomile, rich butter shortbread, hay and soft brioche.
Finish: Medium to long, with lingering citrus freshness, delicate floral notes and gentle sweetness.
Serve: Enjoy neat in a Glencairn glass or over ice to appreciate its refreshing citrus character and creamy texture.
