Old Forester 1910 Old Fine Whisky
A tribute to innovation born from disaster. In 1910, a warehouse fire at Old Forester forced the distillery to relocate barrels of maturing bourbon to a second warehouse for finishing. The result was a happy accident—whiskey with extraordinary depth and sweetness from the double-barreling process.
Old Forester 1910 recreates that serendipitous discovery through a unique double-barreling technique. After initial maturation, the bourbon is transferred to a second heavily charred barrel for additional finishing, creating layers of rich, dessert-like flavors. Expect notes of dark caramel, chocolate, vanilla custard, and brown sugar, complemented by hints of cherry, toasted marshmallow, and warm oak, all leading to a velvety smooth finish.
Part of the celebrated Whiskey Row Series, 1910 Old Fine Whisky is the sweetest and most approachable expression in the lineup—bourbon that drinks like liquid dessert without sacrificing complexity or character. The double-barrel finishing creates exceptional smoothness and depth that makes it perfect for sipping neat.
Perfect for bourbon enthusiasts who appreciate rich, sweet profiles and those seeking a luxurious sipper that showcases the artistry of barrel finishing.
