Pacific House Gin Deep Umami is a San Francisco gin crafted with eleven fresh botanicals and vapor-infused after distillation to highlight select notes — giving it a distinctive savory, umami-forward aroma and flavor built expressly for cocktails.
Pacific House takes its name from the 'Pageant of the Pacific,' the 1939 International Exposition held in San Francisco, and is distilled in the heart of the Bay Area. The eleven-botanical recipe is finished with post-distillation vapor infusion to layer in the deep umami character that sets it apart, making it a versatile and distinctive base for mixed drinks.
